BSB42015 Certificate
IV in Leadership and Management course was released in March 2015 and
replaces the older BSB40812 Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
This
qualification provides a great introduction to the world of leadership
and management and is a great introductory course for supervisors,
safety advisors, safety officers as well as frontline and mid to upper
level managers.
It is a very comprehensive course, covering a wide range of topics. These include: Workplace communication, team leadership, implementation of operational plans, developing and maintaining business networks, financial and projects planning, risk management and much more.
