Diploma of Leadership and Management – Course Description.

BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management course was released in March 2015 and replaces the older BSB51107 Diploma of Management

This qualification provides a great insight into the world of leadership and management and is a great course for supervisors, safety advisors, safety officers as well as frontline and mid to upper level managers looking to develop their leadership and management skills.  

It is a very comprehensive course, covering a wide range of topics. These include: customer service management, human resources and recruitment of staff, managing work teams and individuals, managing projects and operational plans, risk management and much more.

Entry Requirements.

The good news is that you do not have to have completed Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB42015) to enroll onto the Diploma of L and M.  The only entry requirements are that you must be at least 18 years of age, able to use Microsoft Word proficiently and be able to read, write and speak English well. You will require a laptop or PC with Microsoft Word and Adobe Reader installed to complete the assessments.  Aside from this, there are no other requirements for entry.
